What is the in-house Agentur?

We are a press agency that spe­cial­izes in soft­ware com­pa­nies.

What do you mean by “in-house”?
Unlike typ­i­cal exter­nal agen­cies, we inte­grate our­selves in our client’s cor­po­rate struc­ture and oper­a­tions. Instead of requir­ing an exten­sive agency man­age­ment rela­tion­ship, we are able to obtain all the required infor­ma­tion at the source. We will talk to your sales peo­ple or your tech­ni­cians, con­tact your cor­po­rate HQ, cus­tomers or your busi­ness part­ners.
How does in-house Agentur distinguish itself?

Our many years of expe­ri­ence in the soft­ware indus­try are unique for an agency. They enable us to speak our client’s lan­guage — at all lev­els — from devel­op­ment to sales/​distribution.

Who owns in-house Agentur?

Michael Ihringer is the founder and own­er of in-house Agen­tur. Pri­or to going into busi­ness for him­self, he was the mar­ket­ing direc­tor of an inter­na­tion­al soft­ware tech­nol­o­gy com­pa­ny for 11 years and before that he was the man­ag­ing direc­tor of a medi­um-sized soft­ware house.

Who are in-house Agentur’s Clients?

Our client base con­sists of medi­um-sized sup­pli­ers of appli­ca­tion soft­ware, inter­na­tion­al soft­ware tech­nol­o­gy com­pa­nies and con­sult­ing firms. Client com­pa­nies range in size from 10 to over 500 employ­ees. The form of coop­er­a­tion also varies from one-off projects to long-term con­tracts on a retain­er basis.

How does in-house Agentur help its Clients?

We offer our clients com­pre­hen­sive ser­vice for all press activ­i­ties. At the start of every busi­ness rela­tion­ship, we usu­al­ly hold a strat­e­gy work­shop, fol­lowed by the cre­ation of a joint PR plan. PR plan activ­i­ties include main­tain­ing press con­tacts, pub­lish­ing press releas­es at reg­u­lar inter­vals, writ­ing tech­ni­cal arti­cles, con­tri­bu­tion of guest arti­cles and case stud­ies, orga­ni­za­tion of edi­to­r­i­al office vis­its and press con­fer­ences as well as press rela­tions at trade shows.

Who are in-house Agentur’s Journalist Contacts?

We have long-stand­ing excel­lent con­tact to IT edi­tors in Ger­man-speak­ing coun­tries — from devel­op­er mag­a­zines to man­age­ment pub­li­ca­tions. Accord­ing to the needs of the client, we also work with coun­try-wide dai­ly news­pa­pers, business/​economics pub­li­ca­tions and the indus­try press — for exam­ple for health­care, logis­tics, auto­mo­bile and the finan­cial sec­tor.
